Brady v Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963). Evidence that prosecution must disclose to the defense.

Anton's Law
Named after 19-year-old Anton Black. This law re-classifies criminal investigation of police misconduct to be public information. This makes these documents accessible by MPIA requests.

Gun Trace Task Force
A unit within BPD composed of eight members arrested for misconduct in 2017. The unit was originally formed to get guns off the streets.

Summary Judgement
When there's no dispute of fact and the law is clear, judgment can be entered without the need for trial. Someone may request a summary judgement to have this happen.
